J.C. Lewis Primary Health Care Center is now a Federally approved enrollment site for the new Affordable Care Act as of October 1, 2013!    We have Licensed Navigators on site ready to help you enroll today into the health insurance marketplace in our onsite computer lab.  Additionally, our navigators are available upon request to conduct outreach sessions to introduce, educate, and enroll all into the health insurance marketplace.  Walk ins are welcome, however appointments to enroll are encouraged.  To make an appointment please call 912-721-6726.
