Dr. Douse is a highly accomplished and experienced Chief Executive Officer at J.C. Lewis Primary Health Care Center. With a background as a board-certified family nurse practitioner, she holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Troy University with a concentration in Clinical and Executive Leadership, a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University. Throughout her 24-year career, she has continually pursued education and advancement. Dr. Douse’s expertise spans policy development, procedure implementation, and service expansion. She’s a valuable resource for the JCLPHCC team, peers, clients, and community partners. She has demonstrated leadership in various roles and has been recognized by Leadership Savannah and health collaboratives in Georgia. With her adaptability and extensive healthcare and administrative experience, she effortlessly connects with diverse populations and professionals. Dr. Douse remains dedicated to personal and professional growth and seeks knowledge to further improve the healthcare field.
Hilton L. Fordham, Jr. serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Corporate Compliance Officer for J. C. Lewis Primary Health Care Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science and MPA from Savannah State University as well as an MPH from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
Dr McKinney is a Michigan native with over 15 years of experience working in the medical field and has a passion for eliminating health disparities and serving the indigent and underserved. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from South University. She also received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on organizational leadership from South University.
Tina Wright-Smith serves as Human Resources Director. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University.
